Travoola does not have a delivery policy due to our mode of operation.

Cancellation Policy

Please, note that Travoola tickets cannot be refunded and there are charges applicable to cancellation and rescheduling of tickets. Tickets can be rescheduled 48hours before departure time, failure to do so will attracts 500 Naira rescheduling fee and 1000 Naira default fee for customers who do not show up. Furthermore, Travoola will make every effort to operate within the scheduled time, however Travoola will not be liable for any delay caused by traffic, accidents, road conditions, severe weather, unforeseeable mechanical issues and as such do not guarantee arrival at or departure from any pick-up point at any specific time. Travoola tickets are non-transferrable and passengers who cancel their travel arrangements may be entitled to a voucher covering another journey within 2 months of purchase, provided that the amount paid for the cancelled journey is not less than the cost of the proposed journey.
